Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing includes order verification, packing, label creation and carrier handoff. Launches, holidays or high order volumes may take longer; check any notices shown with your order.

Processing time and delivery time are separate. After dispatch, transit time varies by carrier, selected service and destination. Delivery dates shown at checkout are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays and access restrictions can cause delays.

Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout when ordering is available. Rates can vary with package weight, size, destination and carrier pricing. If a free-shipping offer applies, its minimum spend and conditions will be shown at checkout.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking is sent when your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours after label creation for tracking to populate. A label or limited early scans do not necessarily mean the parcel is delayed.

Check your spam and promotions folders, then search your inbox for “Pruneme” or “tracking”. If you still cannot find it, email info@pruneme.com with your order number and ask us to resend the shipping confirmation.

Let the candle rest at room temperature before lighting it, and wait until softened wax is fully stable. Cold conditions can cause contraction or a frosted appearance. Follow the candle’s label, and do not use a cracked or damaged vessel. If the item appears damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
