Pruneme (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit or shop on pruneme.com (the “Site”), and the choices you may have.

Commercial/order information: items purchased, order history, returns/exchanges, gift messages (if any)
Account info: account credentials and saved preferences, managed through Wix
Customer support content: messages you send us and any attachments/photos you provide

When you use the Site, we (and our service providers) may collect:

Device and usage data: IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, referring page, timestamps
Cookie/identifier data: cookie IDs and similar technologies used for site functionality, preferences, fraud prevention, and analytics

We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense (i.e., for money).

Sensitive information

We don’t ask for sensitive personal information (like SSNs, precise geolocation, biometric data, or health info) to run our store. If you choose to share something sensitive in a support message, please know we’ll only use it to respond to you.

Cookies and similar technologies help the Site function (cart, login, preferences) and help us understand usage patterns.

B. Analytics

Our site is hosted on Wix. Website analytics may help us understand page views and traffic sources. Our use of analytics is subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.

C. Your choices about cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings (block/delete cookies).
If we use a cookie banner/consent tool, you can manage preferences there.
Where required by law, we will seek consent before setting certain non-essential cookies.

Your privacy rights (Colorado + California + other U.S. states)

Depending on where you live and whether a privacy law applies to our business, you may have rights such as:

Access to personal data we hold about you
Correction of inaccurate data
Deletion of certain data
Data portability (a copy in a usable format)
Opt out of certain processing (e.g., targeted advertising, certain profiling, or “sale”/“sharing” as defined by law)

Colorado (CPA)

Colorado law provides rights including access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out of certain processing.

Colorado also requires honoring certain universal opt-out mechanisms for targeted advertising/sales in specific contexts.

California (CCPA/CPRA)

California provides rights including access/know, deletion, correction, and opt out of “sale or sharing,” including via user-enabled global privacy control signals.

How to submit a request

Email info@pruneme.com with subject line “Privacy Request” and tell us what you want to do (access/delete/correct/opt-out). We may verify your identity before completing certain requests.

Authorized agents: If your state allows an authorized agent, we may request proof of authorization and identity verification.

Appeals (Colorado): If required, we’ll provide an appeals process for denied requests.

Marketing choices

If you opt into marketing emails, you can unsubscribe anytime via the link in the email. Even if you opt out, we may still send transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, support replies).

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for:

fulfilling orders and providing support
fraud prevention/security
legal/tax/accounting recordkeeping

Marketing subscriptions and order records serve different purposes. Unsubscribing from marketing does not by itself delete information needed for an order, return, support request, fraud prevention or legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We may retain a minimal record of an opt-out so that we can respect that preference, where permitted. Retention depends on the information, why it was collected, applicable obligations and any unresolved request or dispute.

To ask about retention or request deletion, email info@pruneme.com with the subject Privacy Request. We may need to verify your identity and explain any information that must be retained. Please do not email passwords or full payment-card details.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No system is perfect, but we take security seriously and work to reduce risk (access controls, updates, reputable processors).

Children

The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International visitors

If you are located outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the United States where our servers/providers operate. If you are in the EEA/UK, you may have additional rights and legal bases may include contract necessity (order fulfillment), legitimate interests (site security/improvement), consent (certain cookies/marketing), and legal obligation.
